Chahed arrives in Rabat for two-day visit

(TAP special correspondent Moufida Ben Touati) – The President of the Government Youssef Chahed arrived Sunday afternoon in the Rabat-Salé airport (Morocco) for a two-day visit, June 18-19.

He was seen in at the airport by Morocco’s Prime Minister Saadeddine El Otmani.

Accompanied by Vocational Training and Employment minister, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Secretary of State for Trade and advisers to Prime Minister and Vice-President of Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA), Chahed will co-chair with his Moroccan counterpart works of the 19th session of the Tunisian-Moroccan High Joint Commission, held June 18-19 in Rabat.

This commission will be preceded by the holding of the 15th session of the Follow-up and Co-ordination Commission.

Chahed will also have a set of bilateral meetings during this visit with the Moroccan PG, Speaker of the House of Representatives Habib El Malki and Speaker of the House of Advisors Abdelhakim Benchamach.

He will further preside over the signing of several bilateral agreements before giving a joint press conference with his Moroccan counterpart.
