Cabinet meeting approves draft economic decrees

(TAP) - The Cabinet meeting, on Wednesday, approved a bill adopting a credit agreement between Tunisia and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to contribute to a project for the development of agricultural tracks, said a statement from the Prime Ministry.

The meeting also adopted two draft government decrees.

The first sets the composition and working methods of the committee responsible for giving assent to the adoption of procedures regularising the debts of the state, local authorities and public institutions, while the second provides for defining the scope of intervention of the Directorate of Medium Enterprises in the Directorate General of Tax Revenue.

The Cabinet meeting adopted a government decree on the closing reports of the committee of investigation and delimitation of public lands in Bizerte (delegations of South Bizerte and Menzel Jemil)

It also adopted a government decree for the completion of Decree No. 2369 for the year 2012, dated October 16, 2012, establishing programmes of the employment fund and the conditions required to benefit from them.
