Tunisia likely to be removed from FATF blacklist no later than June 2019

(TAP) - Adviser to the Prime Minister Fayçal Derbel said that Tunisia is likely to be removed from the list of countries subject to the supervision of the Group of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) no later than June 2019, after the completion of the implementation of the action strategy undertaken by the government since January 2018.

Derbel's statement follows an inner Cabinet meeting held on Monday under chairmanship of Prime Minister Youssef Chahed, to follow up the implementation of the FATF’s action strategy for Tunisia.
