Ten draft government decrees approved by cabinet meeting

(TAP)- The cabinet meeting approved on Friday at the Kasbah Palace, 10 draft government decrees, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Youssef Chahed.

They are:

- Draft government decree establishing a national commission to organise the 18th Summit of the Francophonie in 2020 in Tunis

- Draft Government Decree establishing the Diplomatic Academy

- Draft government decrees delimiting the territorial boundaries of the following municipalities: Zarzis, Zarzis Nord and Boughrara of the governorate of Medenine

- Draft government decree appointing the members of the provisional management commission of the municipality of Bardo (Tunis governorate).

- Draft government decree expropriating for public use parcels of land located in the Sbikha delegation (Kairouan governorate) and necessary for the implementation of a highway project in the governorates of Kairouan, Sidi Bouzid, Kasserine and Gafsa.

- Draft government decree on the partial amendment of the provisions of Decree No. 2000-1115 of May 15, 2000, expropriating for public use parcels of land located in the governorate of Béjà and necessary for the construction of the fifth phase of the Sidi Elbarrek dam.

- Draft government decree expropriating for public use parcels of land located in the delegation of Sidi Bourouis (Siliana) necessary for the construction of a dam at Oued Dmaiem

- Draft government decree amending and supplementing Decree No. 2000-142 of January 24, 2000, setting out the categories of driving licences, the conditions for their delivery, validity and renewal.

- Draft Government Decree establishing the International Centre for Research, Studies, Documentation and Training on Disability "Basma"

- Draft government decree supplementing Decree No. 1991-543 of April 1, 1991 on the organization of the Ministry of the Interior.

Four economic bills were also approved at the cabinet meeting
