Interim Prime Minister receives American delegation

March 28, 2011 – TAP  - Interim Prime Minister Béji Caïd Essebsi conferred, on Monday in Tunis, with an American delegation of 22 officials representing the American administration and the private sector.
The Prime Minister stressed, during the talk, that the democratic transition in Tunisia takes place in a "stable and reassuring" climate, pointing out that the country offers an encouraging economic environment.
This American delegation's visit to Tunisia came after U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit, on last March 18 visit, which was meant to boost partnership and co-operation between the two countries.
