Interim Prime Minister receives Ambassadors of Iraq, Turkey and Syria

March 30, 2011 – TAP - Interim Prime Minister Béji Caïd Essebsi received here on Tuesday successively the Ambassadors of Iraq, Turkey and Syria.
The talks with Iraqi Ambassador Saâd Jassem Al Hayani provided the occasion to review means to promote bilateral relations and discuss the Arab situation in general.
With the Ambassador of Turkey in Tunis Akim Algan, the Prime Minister discussed means to strengthen fraternal ties between the two countries and boost programmes of bilateral cooperation in various fields.
The Turkish diplomat announced in this regard the visit shortly of a Turkish Parliamentary Delegation to Tunisia to meet representatives of political parties and of the civil society.
With Syria's Ambassador in Tunis Fayçal Allouni, the Prime Minister reviewed fraternal relations between the two countries and means to boost and develop bilateral cooperation.
