Prime Minister offers condolences after martyrdom of two Tunisian servicemen

May 19, 2011 - TAP - Caretaker Prime Minister Béji Caïd Essebsi sent two condolences messages—one to National Defence Minister Abdelkrim Zbidi and another to Joint Chief of Staff of the Armies General Rachid Ammar—after martyrs Colonel Taher Ayari and Corporal Walid Hajji had given their lives to defend the homeland and the nation's territorial integrity and fight against the desperate terrorist attempts to shake the country's security and stability, sow chaos and hinder the democratic transition process.
The Prime Minister extended in his messages compassion and prayed Almighty God to bless the two martyrs with His infinite mercy.
Besides, he expressed wishes of prompt recovery to Sergeant Seghaïer Mbarki, extending gratefulness to all National Army units for their patriotic sense, constant vigilance and efforts to protect the Tunisian people's Revolution.
The Prime Minister also sent two condolences and compassion cables to the families of the two martyrs.
