Caid Essebsi meets Ennahdha delegation

November 18, 2011 - TAP - Interim Prime Minister Beji Caid Essebsi received on Friday morning a delegation of Ennahdha leaders.
The meeting turned on the ''general situation in the country'', Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi told the media. "We have discussed policies and measures that should be adopted to secure a link between the interim government and the next government to be elected by the Constituent Assembly" added Ghannouchi who was escorted by Ennahdha Secretary General Hammadi Jebali and spokesman Nourredine B'Hiri.
The meeting also allowed "to hold consultations and exchange views and information" Ennahdha leader declared, expressing thanks to Caid Essebsi "for his efforts in leading the country at a critical stage of its history".
"Caid Essebsi has established a link between two stages through adopting the adequate measures and policies which the country's situation needed, reviving hopes, inciting to investment and preparing a climate of cooperation and national solidarity", he went on saying.
This meeting of the interim Prime Minister with Ennahdha leaders is taking place a few days ahead of the first meeting of the elected constituent assembly scheduled for next Tuesday.
