Interim Prime Minister confers with Palestinian Fatah movement delegation

April 10, 2012 - TAP - Interim Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali received, Tuesday in Tunis, a delegation of the Palestinian Fatah movement led by Mr. Abbes Zaki, the movement's Central Committee member and general commissioner of external relations.

The talk focused on "ways to strengthen bilateral relations and the latest developments of the Middle East peace process," a statement of the Prime Ministry points up.

After the meeting, Mr. Abbas Zaki said Mr. Hamadi Jebali had reasserted to the Palestinian delegation the unconditional support of the people and Government of Tunisia to the just Palestinian cause, particularly in these current circumstances marked by the stalling of the peace process and an unprecedented Judaisation of the city of Al-Quds," adds the same source.

The delegation had informed the Prime Minister of the agenda of the

Tunisian-Palestinian High Committee to be held soon and the program of the festival to be organized by the Palestinian embassy in Tunis from next Thursday, to mark Land Day and Palestinian Prisoners Day, Mr. Zaki added.
