15 March 2016 - TAP – The draft law on the protection of whistleblowers will be soon discussed at a Cabinet meeting in the next weeks before its submission to the parliament for adoption, said Minister of Public Service, Governance and Fight against Corruption Kamel Ayadi.

That bill along with the creation of the national anti-corruption authority are among the ministry’s priorities, Kamel Ayadi told TAP Tuesday, on the sidelines of an international conference on the organic law on right of access to information.

A working session was held last week, with the participation of experts to consider the draft law on protection of whistleblowers before its presentation in the coming days to the civil society to collect their recommendations and proposals.
