25 April 2016 - TAP - Côte d’Ivoire’s President Alassane Ouattara affirmed his country’s willingness to draw on the Tunisian experience, particularly in vocational training, tourism and information technologies.

Speaking to reporters on Monday after his meeting with Prime Minister Habib Essid in Abidjan, Ouattara said he had discussed with the Tunisian PM Tunisian-Ivorian co-operation and ways to foster it, especially as several Tunisian companies operate in Côte d’Ivoire in public works and housing.

For his part, Essid said his visit aims to further bolster the long-standing relations between Tunisia and Côte d’Ivoire, on the basis of a new approach taking into account the current changes and the two countries’ mutual interest.
